MY Gin – ‘Modern Gin’

(First Released September 2019)

This delightfully viscous, grape and malt based spirit is perfectly balanced with big citrus and bold savoury botanicals to give you a rich tasting experience without juniper being a dominant flavour.

The ingredients of this gin are led by 4 types of citrus (mandarin, orange, lemon, lime) Star Anise, Toasted Coriander Seeds, Liquorish Root, Cassia Bark, Cubeb Peppers, Thyme and a few more secretive ingredients make up the full product.

This Gin is strong (just how we like it as distillers) so it’s bottled at a ‘Navy Strength’ spirit of 57% ABV.
