Keeping with the DNA of producing malt spirits, we combine grape spirit with malted barley spirit to craft our signature MY Gin expressions.
We didn’t want to be another Gin on the market, but rather produce something that has point of difference.
MY Gin is made with less focus being on Juniper driving the spirit itself, but rather look to let other contributing botanicals and ingredients shine more.
The result of using malt spirit gives a velvety, viscous mouthfeel, that is soft and very palatable to consume neat on it’s own.
Currently we have two main Gins with our special release ‘Barrel Aged’ matured gins being released from time to time.
When paired in G&T’s we choose to use cleaner premium tonics to allow the spirit to shine, and not let quinine overpower the spirit.
We recommend ‘Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic’ with our Gins.
