MY Gin

Keeping with the DNA of producing malt spirits, we combine grape spirit with malted barley spirit to craft our signature MY Gin expressions.

We didn’t want to be another Gin on the market, but rather produce something that has point of difference.

MY Gin is made with less focus being on Juniper driving the spirit itself, but rather look to let other contributing botanicals and ingredients shine more.

The result of using malt spirit gives a velvety, viscous mouthfeel, that is soft and very palatable to consume neat on it’s own.

Currently we have two main Gins with our special release ‘Barrel Aged’ matured gins being released from time to time.

When paired in G&T’s we choose to use cleaner premium tonics to allow the spirit to shine, and not let quinine overpower the spirit.

We recommend ‘Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic’ with our Gins.

Modern Gin

Batch #1

– A small batch, hand crafted contemporary Gin.
– ‘Navy Strength’ 57% ABV spirit, in a 700ml bottle.

The nose begins with light, fresh citrus, with the body of a garden and some spices.
The mouthfeel is rich, viscous and oily.
Flavours of fresh citrus and peel start, followed by peppered spices, and ending into a bold savoury finish.
A real ‘gin lovers gin’.

G&T’s, Gin Sours, Basil Smashes and dirty martini’s are all favourites we love to use this in.

Kaleidoscope

– A small batch, hand crafted contemporary Gin.
– 42.5% ABV spirit, in a 700ml bottle.

This gin gets its name and label from its vibrant and colourful array of ingredients, which were fused together.
We macerated fresh fruits with tropical inspiration in our grape and malt based spirit process to create a light and fruity spirit.

Orange was our choice for a citrus component followed by subtle tones of peach, rockmelon, honeydew melon, watermelon, and even a hint of coconut.

Again, we’ve made it in a contemporary style, by making juniper and other savoury botanicals not as dominant in the flavour profile, leaving a nice kick of pepper.

Barrel Aged

Barrel Aged bottlings are our experiments with maturation of our Kaleidoscope Gin in oak casks.

The ageing process adds layers of complexities and depth with a variety of flavours impacting and changing the spirit.

We treat these expressions similar to our Single Malt Whisky in that every release in individually unique with it’s character offering.

Being very small batch experiments we only get an extremely low yield making every release a truly limited edition bottling.
