TRI-PORT is a celebration of three distinct port influences, bringing together history, richness and vibrancy in a single whisky.

The journey began in a cask with a remarkable past — originally a 1960s Verdelho cask, which matured our spirit for over six years before receiving a finishing period in a rich Barossa Tawny Cask. The result was a deep, robust whisky filled with layers of dark fruit, jammy sweetness and remarkable weight.

While the depth and intensity of this cask were undeniable, it needed a touch of brightness to bring it into balance with the signature Woodwater style. The decision was made to marry this whisky with a fresher, more vibrant expression from a Dutschke Tawny Cask, adding lift, energy and a beautifully contrasting freshness.

The result is a unique triple-port influenced whisky — a marriage of three cask journeys creating a dram that is both bold and balanced. Rich layers of ripe fruit, jam, sweet oak and fortified wine character intertwine with a fresh brightness, while the cask strength delivers an engaging warmth and intensity that carries through every sip.
