MY Gin – ‘Kaleidoscope’

(First Released July 2020)

This gin gets its name and label from its vibrant and colourful array of ingredients, which were fused together.

We macerated fresh fruits with tropical inspiration in our grape and malt based spirit process to create a light and fruity spirit.

Orange was our choice for a citrus component followed by subtle tones of peach, rockmelon, honeydew melon, watermelon, and a hint of coconut.

Again, we’ve made it in a contemporary style, by having juniper and other savoury botanicals not drive or dominate the flavour profile.

• – My Gin – 30ml
• – Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic (Blue) – 90mls
• – Lots of ice
• Garnish with……..
• – (1) Strawberries and a large mint leaf (slapped)
• – (2) Pomegranate arils OR a slice of Red Grapefruit with a sprig of Rosemary
• – (3) A fresh slice of orange
