MY Gin – ‘Barrel Aged’ – Edition No.1

Edition No.1 – Extremely Limited (Released January 2021)

Our very first barrel aged gin is the result of experimentation with our ‘Kaleidoscope’ expression.

We had 2x hand selected Tawny barrels coopered in small 20L sizes (to get the most impact from the spirit to wood ratio during maturation).

The short ageing process has developed a lovely complexity and extra depth bringing flavours of sweet candied berries, sticky fruit cake, toffee, baked figs, warm spice, fresh zest, marmalade, and a touch of liquorice.

Very subtle juniper (being a contemporary gin base) and light tropical melons linger through from the DNA of the spirit base.

Bottled at 40.7% ABV and limited to just 34 bottles of this experimental gin.

Perfectly sipped neat, on ice or in cocktails.
